This 2019 vintage gives you all the exciting tastes of a traditional California Chardonnay thanks to its French oak aging. Flambeed lemon and honey aromatics are instantly present on the nose. On the palate, you'll discover notes of exotic melon, tangerine, and a perfectly briny finish. Grown in the Flagship Rosemary's Vineyard, this natural wine uses no finning or filtering.
This exceptional wine is produced and bottled on a certified biodynamic vineyard. Complete with French oak aging, this incredible Pinot Noir carries notes reminiscent of raspberry, black pepper, and baking spices both on the nose and through to the palette. As a "Pinot from the sea dunes," its natural winemaking style is sure to warm you up on a chilly day.
Fans call it a "True California Pinot." We just call it delicious. Bursting with aromas of goji berry, tart strawberry, and lavender, this fantastic red wine is completed with punches of cinnamon, red fruit, and finely integrated tannin on the tongue. This wine was 100% destemmed and fermented with native yeast, remained on the skin for 17 days, and gently pressed in a basket press. It pairs perfectly with duck, chicken, or mushroom.

The persistent onshore winds of Spanish Springs Vineyard combined with nighttime and morning fog ensure a long growing season and lend to supple finish that lingers with fine acidity and beautiful structure.
This 2019 vintage is grown in the best part of the vineyard and always picked first. You'll notice notes of cherry, sarsaparilla, plum, and fennel throughout your tasting experience. This complex wine was 100% destemmed and fermented with native yeast in an open-top 1-ton fermenter. It pairs excellently with your favorite roasted meats or spiced vegetables.
The 2019 Slide Hill Syrah presents lush aromas of violets and black plum with cool-climate varietal notes of smoked game. Flavors of dark cherry, cola and cassis are layered with appealing hints of cracked black pepper and basalt minerality. The wine was fermented with native yeast over a period of 17 days, pressed and then aged on lees for 16 months in 20% new French oak.
